Well Done Team Hartford!

2 February 2008 marks an important day for Hartfordfs team of 6 students pursuing their BA (Hons) in Business (Banking & Finance) and MBA as they represented Hartford Institute as one of the six finalists for the Singapore HR Challenge 2008 New Workforce New Workplace.
The team gave a 10 minutes presentation of their case study on Parkway Group of Healthcare as well as a rigorous Q&A session from the distinguished panel of 17 judges.
Competing against five other teams from top local Universities such as Singapore Management University, National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, our team emerged 5th place after the intense round of competition.
Hartford Institute is proud of our students and look forward to Singapore HR Challenge 2009!

Singapore HR Challenge 2008 - New Workforce New Workplace
22 January 2008

This year, Hartford Institute participated for the first time in the Singapore HR Challenge 2008 New Workforce New Workplace. The team consists of students from our Masters and Bachelorsf programmes. They are:
1. Team Leader- Le Thu Trang, Tracy
2. Member- Chellappan Brindha
3. Member- Dao Thi Thanh Thao
4. Member- Nguyen Thi Khanh Thy, Bella
5. Member- Pedro Cotait
6. Member- Phan Thao Nguyen, Denise
We are proud that the Team has made it as one of the 6 finalists for the Grand Finals in the Category of Open Category/ Universities. The remaining 5 teams are from Singapore Management University and Nanyang Technological University.
The Grand Finals is held on 2nd February 2008 and our Team stands to win cash prizes ranging from $500 to $1000, hampers and internship opportunities with established companies such as Sime Darby, Singtel, SHRI, SPEC and more.
We wish the Team all the Best in the Grand Finals!
